Red, White & Blue Banner Cards

Today is the first monthly Mini Crop over at Turtle Soup Forum and it will run the full following week until Saturday, July 27th at 11:59pm EST.


My challenge for this crop is to create either 1 Layout, 2 Cards or 2 Tags or 2 ATC's using Red, White and Blue and throw in a Banner for fun.
