Guest Designer at Cards In Envy

I am so excited for the opportunity to be a Guest Designer at Cards In Envy.  The current challenge is to create a card with stitching on it.  It can be machine stitching, hand stitchicng, or faux stitching like I did.  I was inspired for this card by a card that my friend Beth had CASed from Amy Storrie from Stampin Up.  This is what I came up with:

The products used are:

Echo Park Everyday Eclectic 6x6 paper pad
 MFT Dienamics label
Stampin Up Birthday Greetings stamp
Stampin Up Oval punches
Flowers from stash
Twine - the Twinery
Brad from stash
Close To My Heart Chocolate ink pad
Color Box Chalk - Creamy Brown

It's easy to join in on the fun! Just link your card creation that has been STITCHED UP (Real or Faux). All entries must be for an A2 (4.25" x5.5") CARD only with NO lumpy bumpy embellishments. All cards for Cards in Envy must fit in an envelope for mailing through the postal system with no extra postage. This challenge starts at 12:00 AM (central time) June 17, 2013 and ends at 11:59 PM (central time) June 30, 2013. I hope that you will head over to Card In Envy and let us see what kind of stitching you do.

I think that your card is lovely, the colors are beautiful and I love the way the embossing in the background brings out the patterns in your paper.
