The new challenge is up over at Cards in Envy ~ Now That's Scary. The challenge is to make a Halloween card (scary or cute). Here is my card:
This was a fun card to make. My friend found this Chevron pattern technique on the internet and showed me how to do it while at a crop. I found the instructions through Pinterest, go check it out and give it a try. I thought it turned out really fun with this Authentique Halloween paper. This challenge will end on Sunday, October 20th.
Please remember that our challenge is for A2 (4.25" x 5.5") cards ONLY. Entries for square cards are not accepted AND your card must be relatively FLAT with no lumpy bumpy embellishments, bows etc. because we want all CARDS IN ENVY to fit in a regular envy for mailing with a single first class stamp!

Such a fun card, that Chevron design creates such wonderful interest. xx
Awesome card! I love the chevrons!
The chevron is great! I also like the border at the bottom - the one black element in it looks like lacy spider webs. Cool!
Really awesome technique! So glad you used it so I can try it - really great design. ~ Marilyn
